You’re making the community a better place to live in when you give to a not-for-profit organization like Samaritan. Your donation allows us to provide services to people who might not otherwise have access to them. Your donation also funds additional programs to enhance quality of life for those at the end of life. You’re giving the gift of comfort, support, and dignity.
Samaritan’s Gift Processing Center ensures the prompt and secure receipt of your appreciated gift. You may be assured that your donation will remain at work, here, in our local community, impacting family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you.
Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, Inc. is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization (EIN 22-2344036). While many national organizations solicit funds for specific illnesses and/or end-of-life issues, please be assured that your contribution to Samaritan will remain in the South Jersey community.
Many families find solace in donating to Samaritan to show appreciation after we provide comfort, support, and dignity for their loved one at the end of life.
To name Samaritan as the beneficiary of memorial gifts in lieu of flowers, please share this information with family, friends, funeral directors, and newspapers: Memorial gifts may be made online, or mailed to Samaritan’s Gift Processing Center – P.O. Box 71425 – Philadelphia, PA 19176-1425. All gifts are promptly acknowledged, and the family receives a list of every donor. Please feel free to direct any questions to Chris Rollins.
In a recent letter to Samaritan accompanying a gift, H.M. wrote “his passing was calm and pain free and we all agreed it was a truly good ending. We will be forever in your debt.”
Samaritan is pleased to offer this free community resource. A place where families can share that their loved one has passed away under the compassionate care of Samaritan’s staff and volunteers. Personalize the page with your memories, photos, and stories. As much or as little as you choose. Edit as often as you like. It’s your page! Invite friends to post their own remembrances or condolences, and – if you wish – invite others to make a memorial gift in lieu of flowers.

In addition to the gifts made in memory of a loved one, we are also the recipient of many donations in honor of living friends, family, and caregivers, as well as gifts marking celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, etc. D.W. wrote “I’m sending this gift in honor of Jen, Michael’s home health aide. I couldn’t have done it without her. Her gentle care, patience, and encouragement was comforting”
We’re pleased to offer an additional way to remember your loved ones. A commemorative paver at The Samaritan Center at Voorhees is a unique way to leave a lasting gift. The pavers will be installed as borders on the walking paths around the gardens. More paver information
