Every day, we help patients and families through some of life’s most difficult times. Now, in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, our work continues – with an even greater sense of commitment than ever. We are fervently doing all we can to ensure the safety of patients, families, staff, volunteers, and all those we serve while providing uninterrupted, high-quality care. If you, or a family member, need primary care at home, palliative medicine for the relief of pain and symptoms, or hospice care to live in comfort and dignity during those final months, please don’t hesitate to call us at (800) 229-8183. Our compassionate, expert staff is here for you!
Despite current demands to be socially distant, we remain connected to one another, to those we serve, and to our community and world. That connection just may be slightly different as we incorporate new best practices being recommended by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, and the New Jersey Department of Health into the work we do. We have a Coronavirus Task Force that is examining each and every layer of this situation daily, and are coordinating any changes in policies, procedures, and other decision making with these global, national, and local experts.
I have great faith in our community’s collective resolve to rise above this challenge, and assure you that we will do all that we can to ensure and support the life-enhancing care Samaritan is privileged to provide.
