Relaxation and Meditation Resources

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Samaritan staff and volunteers created these resources to help you relax and find peace. We invite you to try a 20-minute Zen meditation session, sing along to your favorite hymns or patriotic and American folk songs, or enjoy watching our pet therapy dog in action.
