Request Your Free Copy of Five Wishes

Samaritan offers free copies of Five Wishes to residents of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware thank, in part, to a grant from the D’Olier Foundation. Five Wishes has become America’s most popular living will because it is written in everyday language and helps start and structure important conversations about care in times of serious illness. It’s also a legal document in New Jersey. Click here for your free copy.

Timely Conversations Workshop

Samaritan proudly offers this interactive workshop as part of its Timely Conversations initiative. We talk about the weather, sports, and breaking news. But too many of us shy away from talking about what matters most. If a surgery, accident, or serious illness prevented you from speaking for yourself, what would your wishes be? How would you define quality of life? This engaging conversation gets you thinking about your wishes, guides you to find the right time to talk about your wishes with those who are important to you, and helps you act by writing it all down. This program takes you beyond the advance care planning and living will legal documents. Schedule a presentation today ??
